That took more than most people know. Booking the call is often the hardest part — the part where you finally stop pretending it's fine.
A confirmation email is on its way with your session details and the Zoom link. If you don't see it in the next few minutes, check spam or promotions.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Three things, in order.
01
Check your email
Your confirmation, the Zoom link, and a short pre-call note are landing in your inbox now. Save the calendar invite so it doesn't get lost.
02
Come as you are
No prep sheet. No homework. No perfect way to describe what's going on. Bring the version of it that lives in your head at 2 a.m. — that's what we're working with.
03
We meet for 90 minutes
We find out what's actually going on. What's urgent, what's just loud, and what's been quietly costing you the most. You leave knowing where you stand and what to do next.
A NOTE FROM KATHLEEN
One session. Booked one at a time. No package, no pressure.
If something urgent comes up between now and our call, email me — I'll actually read it. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email. No apology required.
A few small things worth knowing. Nothing to do, nothing to prepare.
The call is 90 minutes on Zoom.
Camera optional. Pick a spot where you can talk without interruption if you can — but I know that's not always possible. We work with what you've got.
This isn't medical care.
I'm a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, not your provider. If something clinical comes up, I'll tell you plainly and point you where to go.
There's no upsell at the end.
If more work together makes sense, I'll say so. If it doesn't, I'll say that too. You leave with a next step either way.
IN THE MEANTIME
Close the tab. Take a breath.
You don't have to figure anything out before we talk. The reason you booked this call is the reason we're having it. Whatever's already there is enough.
Your session details are in your inbox. See you soon.
