Signature Coaching Plan
The Well Life Signature Coaching Package is a six-month journey grounded in my Compass Method to Transformation™ to cultivate clarity, alignment, and sustainable well-being.
What Happens After You Sign Up

Once you enroll, we'll schedule your sessions—typically 3 times per month with one week for integration (time to practice and reflect without a session, so changes actually stick).

We meet for one hour each session and work through my Compass Method to Transformation™—a six-step framework designed to help you pause, get clear on what matters, let go of what you've outgrown, and create patterns that feel nourishing instead of draining.

We start by finding your compass (your values and priorities), then build momentum where you're already ready, develop introspective empathy, address boundaries and barriers as they show up, redefine balance on your terms, and ultimately embrace joy again.

Between sessions, I'll assign thought projects, journaling prompts, and worksheets tailored to whatever barriers or breakthroughs emerge. This isn't a rigid program—I meet you exactly where you are, and we adjust as you grow.
