Coaching Services

Triage is a single 90-minute coaching session focused on assessment and next steps.

Not Medical Care

Kathleen is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach. She does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or manage medical or mental health conditions. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

Confidentiality and HIPAA

What you share stays between us, with limited exceptions required by law (imminent harm to self or others, or valid legal process).

Scheduling and Cancellation

You'll book your session after payment. Reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows forfeit the session.

Fees and Refunds

The Triage Intensive is $497, paid in full at booking. Fees are non-refundable once the session is scheduled.

No Warranty

Coaching outcomes depend on your participation and circumstances. No specific result is promised or guaranteed.

Release of Liability

You accept responsibility for your own decisions and actions taken during or after the coaching session.

Choice of Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
